Each business of a particular trade is taxed a different rate based on the trade. For example, Gypsies or persons telling fortunes are required to pay both the county and the state $150, while piano and organ dealers only pay the state rate of $10. The broadside also states that if these businesses do not abide by the taxes listed, they will be guilty of a misdemeanor and will have to pay a fine or be imprisoned.
