Description
The Abstract of Army Accounts was compiled by the Commissioners of Finance to manage claims for pay, supplies, and land grants for service in the Revolutionary War. The claims were verified by Abashai Thomas, the Agent for settling the accounts of North Carolina with the United States and by John Craven, Comptroller for North Carolina.
