Description

The Good Shepherd Hospital, opened in 1938 for the Black Community, had been a functioning hospital until 1963. Good Shepherd is being compared and contrasted fiscally with eighteen other hospitals in the surrounding area. There is also an important meeting that one of the Board members are unable to attend.
