Four men pose in front of the Justice House (221 East Front Street). Herbert E. Valentine identifies the men from left to right as "Trout, Swasey, Alley, & Chaplin, all 23d". Valentine also identifies the house as the quarters for Company B, 23rd Massachusetts, during the Civil War.
